I have lived in the suburbs of Chicago most of my life, I moved here from Europe when I was 9, it was a big culture shock. I have a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Masters in Business Management. My job lets me meet lots of different people around town and it is always a learning experience. I never do the same exact thing twice and it is truly an awesome thing, a small mix of unpredictability in life is essential. I love to learn, travel and am open to trying anything at least once. I am a professional musician and composer, and I love my career...sometimes being a dreamer really does work out after all. I spend quite a bit of time in the city, but choose to live in the suburbs so that I can enjoy the quiet once in a while as well.

Nowadays, I find fitness very important. My profile says "a few extra pounds", but I have been on a goal of making that change to "athletic and toned" and am getting there. LOL Hopefully, I will reach that goal by this Spring as well. I used to play Rugby, professionally for a short time, and after some time away from making my health a priority, I am making it a top priority once again.

As far as who I am looking for, I don't know...a guy that is sweet and yet willing to stick to his guns would be fantastic. I am an honest easy going guy. I am most interested in finding a long term relationship. I don't play any games, and don't want any game players. Honesty is very important to me. I am always honest and expect the same. I could be called a hopeless romantic. I enjoy being outdoors, but I am also content sitting on the couch watching a movie. In my free time I enjoy SCUBA Diving. I have traveled a lot the past few years to go diving. I been diving off the coast of Mexico to dive with Great White sharks, and diving in Belize, Bonaire, and the FL Keys. I just got back for making a World Record Attempt for the Longest Saltwater Scuba Dive, and set the new record at 48 hours 2 minutes. That means I stayed underwater in the ocean for two days on scuba gear without returning to the surface.

Family is very important to me. I am a Godfather to two wonderful children, and they are the joy of my life.

I live in the southwest suburbs. Just moved back from ISU in central Illinois. I was studying theatre and directing but it fell through. Still would love to be involved in a show here and there though. I am back in school here studying Small Business Management and Floral Design.

Basic hobbies include sewing (also taking sewing classes), creating floral arrangements, reading (I will dork it out with my love of Harry Potter...I am not ashamed of it in any way), baking/cooking, doing crafty things, day trips to new towns, camping, fishing, and I also do Revolutionary War reenacting (which if I must say is bad-ass!). I have 7 tattoos and plan to get more. And I watch and own more movies/tv shows than I think I should (over 300) but I love them anyways.

Kinda shy sometimes which I still find odd seeing as how I used to be that crazy theatre kid in high school. But that was many years ago. I need humor in my life. I will be the first to admit I am not the wittiest person on the block but I couldn't live without my crazy friends and the weird thoughts they come up with. I am loyal to my friends and am big with respect and common sense in all social aspects. I also have these stupid 'rules of life'. For example: In a movie theatre that is not too crowded...there is a strategy to figure out the right place to sit in proximity to other people as to not disturb them or vis versa. I personally don't understand those who sit directly in front of a group just so they can be in the center when you can sit slightly to the left or right and therefore avoid the annoying seat kicking. I need to write a book about it...I don't think many people would get it though.

I have a hard time describing myself but here goes nothing. I do a lot of baseball-related activities. Whether it be coaching, playing semi-professionally, or even umpiring, I've always enjoyed the game of baseball. Die hard Cubs and Packers fan. Also like the Blackhawks, Bulls, USC Trojans (Notre Dame SUCKS), and Duke Blue Devils.

I am a pretty laid back guy and not much stresses me out in life. I live by the saying that

I'm definitely more of a liberal as far as the political spectrum goes, yet I am no fool. I realize that there are many parallels between all politicians as far as corruption, hypocrisy, and ignorance go. Then again I am no cynic either, and I realize that many politicians and doing what they think is right (no matter how misguided some may be); on the other hand, there are also many bigoted, ignorant, malicious individuals in some of these positions.

I do try not to prejudge people based on appearances or stereotypes, and do try to give people the benefit of doubt. Nothing irks me more than somebody who goes around judging everyone before getting to know anybody. Yet I am human and I do on occasion judge, act like and idiot, or be ignorant.

I am now going back to college at moraine valley college, and I never though I'd say this but I am thoroughly enjoying it. I more recently realized that I actually enjoy learning things, which is a far cry from my high school years. As of now I have made up my mind and am getting a degree in kinesiology (not to be confused with applied kinesiology which is pseudoscience) , and if all goes well I will eventually go to UIC.
